Take Responsibility for Your Day and Your Mindset
"I wake up every morning at 5:30 and ask myself the same question: What can I do to make this a good day? For me, it’s about taking responsibility for my own energy right from the start. I know my mindset influences the rest of the day, and the people around me. If I start the day with a heavy feeling and let it take control, it will drag everything else down with it. But if I consciously choose to meet the day with curiosity and intention, it sets an entirely different tone. It’s not about control - it’s about awareness."
As a former elite handball player and now a health coach and trainer, Rikke Hørlykke is a person with high energy, strong habits, and deep awareness of her own biology. For her, health isn’t about a picture-perfect morning with candles and meditation – it’s about concrete actions that build stability, nourishment, and energy throughout the day. Not just for herself, but also for her children and their well-being. Rikke prepares her day in advance, exactly to avoid having to make spontaneous decisions later on that don’t support her body or her energy.
“For me, aioss is an investment in myself. It’s a fixed part of my health, just like sleep and exercise. I don’t recommend anything I don’t use myself.”
Rikke uses aioss as a daily investment in her biochemistry and foundation, because she knows it’s not always possible to eat perfectly every single day. It ensures her body gets the micronutrients it needs, even on busy days when meals aren’t quite on point. It’s about credibility. Both with herself, her clients, and the people she inspires.
